Testimonials & REVIEWS
We had a fantastic experience working with Ryan at Taplin Designs. He was professional, attentive, and truly brought our vision to life with a beautifully considered design. The process was seamless from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend Ryan!
We couldn’t be happier with the service Ryan provided throughout our building project. From organising our house plans to navigating the approval process with Lake Mac Council, he handled everything professionally and efficiently. What stood out most was his consistent communication — he kept us informed at every stage, so we never felt left in the dark.
He was prompt, professional, and really easy to communicate with. Ryan came up with some great ideas while also genuinely listening to what we wanted for the build, which made the whole process feel collaborative.
His pricing was in line with other architects we spoke to, and the overall experience was seamless.
Taplin Design has been Amazing to work with they have gone above and beyond on many projects that I have engaged them for. Easy to work with and never had an issues in the 6-7 years I’ve been working with them.
Ryan took our individual ideas and proposed a solution that exceeded both our imaginations. He methodically handled everything from DA application, approvals and worked closely with our selected builder to make sure that everything translated well from paper to an actual building. His efficiency in putting in all applications and getting results quickly was implacable.
Taplin Design recreated a full set of Drawings after the first set was lost. I then used his services to provide Drawings for the construction certificate. He was a pleasure to deal with and provided a prompt delivery of accurate drawings. I will be a repeat customer.
